The Buena Ruta website offers us this wonderful itinerary through the north of Catalonia with the Pyrenees on the horizon. An excellent alternative to enjoy nature in its purest form, and rural tourism through picturesque inland villages.
Our trip is approximately 360 km long, and starts in Pals, a beautiful town surrounded by nature with incredible beaches and paths between dunes to enjoy on foot or by bicycle. From there we will go on to Bañolas, Santa Pau and Besalú, a spectacular medieval village where we will be able to enjoy its historical and artistic heritage.
This route will also take us to the enclaves of Puigcerdá, Solsona, Seu d’Urgell, Sort and La Guingueta, where we will finish the route delighting us with its mountainous landscapes, its pastures and the Torrasa reservoir.
As in the previously proposed routes, along this route you will also find areas where you can rest or spend the night with your caravan, or campsites where you can stop and enjoy their services, such as the Gran Sol campsite (Seu d’Urgell), the Nou campsite (La Guingueta) or the Playa Brava campsite near Pals.
WHEN ARE WE LEAVING?
Beaches to discover, beach bars that you never knew existed, travel along the coast in a different way, you can stop at that cove that has caught your attention and rest for as long as you want.
